Refer a company & earn $50K+

Your company's work is now worth money to AI

AI labs are paying $100K–$2M+ for the data your business already makes: tickets, threads, CRMs and SOPs. We get you in front of the buyers.

The shift

AI has read the whole public internet. What it hasn't seen is how real work gets done: the ticket that led to the fix, the thread that led to the decision, the deal from first call to close. That lives inside companies like yours.

Data brokering

Soon

Estimates for the same company can vary 20×. We'll represent you to every buyer at once, so you aren't stuck with the first offer.

RL environments

Soon

Your workflows rebuilt as practice gyms where AI agents repeat the job until they're good at it. Labs pay $200–$2,000 per task.

Video capture

Soon

First-person footage of skilled hands at work, for the robotics models that need to see a job done, not read about it.

Data from every part of the business can sell

HVAC firms, SaaS companies, manufacturers, agencies. If your team works in software, you're already producing it.

Software & engineering

Code docs, bug tracking, product planning, engineering workflows and knowledge bases.

Finance & accounting

Reconciliations, approvals, reporting workflows, SOPs and month-end processes.

Customer support

Ticket histories, QA reviews, help docs and how issues actually got solved.

Sales & CRM

The full customer lifecycle, from first lead to closed deal, plus playbooks and call notes.

Legal & contracts

Policies, contract workflows, review processes and compliance procedures.

Operations & logistics

Dispatch, fulfillment, inventory, field service and the SOPs behind them.

And much more

Marketing campaigns, product and design work, project management, procurement, training and onboarding, R&D, and the chat and email around all of it. If your team does it in software, ask.

Plus Slack and Teams threads, email, Google Drive, and tickets in Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Monday or Zendesk.

What sets the price

Connected records beat loose documents

Volume matters least. A ticket that links to its fix is worth more than a folder of files nobody can follow. One company's Slack can be worth more than another's Slack, email and calendars combined.

01

Connected records

Work you can follow start to finish

02

Scarcity

Niche industries, unusual tools and workflows

03

Clean rights

Proof you're allowed to license it

04

Exclusivity

Reportedly worth several times a shared deal

05

Years of history

Several years across several systems

06

Volume

Matters least

Privacy

Sensitive data excluded. Only workflows remain.

Personal details are swapped for consistent stand-ins before anyone outside your company sees them, so conversations still make sense. You don't do the scrubbing yourself.

Hey Sarah, can you call Mike Alvarez at (512) 555-0182 about the Acme Corp invoice? Compressor's still short-cycling.

Called. Unit's under warranty, so I moved it to a no-charge ticket and booked Luis for Thursday 8–10.

Perfect. Close the old ticket and link it to the new one.

You keep ownership, it's a license, not a sale. You choose what to leave out (HR, health or legally privileged records), and raw data is deleted on an agreed schedule.

How it works

Weeks from first click to money in the bank. You only describe what you have until there's a signed contract.

You describe what you have: which apps, how many years, roughly how much. No files change hands.

3

Priced offer 1–2 days

A specific number based on quality, uniqueness and value, not a range.

4

Licensing contract

Covers security, personal data and confidentiality. Nothing can be resold until it's anonymized.

Encrypted, through APIs or approved exports, with progress you can watch.

Is your company a fit?

The best fits have been running for years on software their whole team uses.

Strong fit

  • 30+ employeesSometimes 25+ if the data is strong. Ideally mostly desk staff.
  • 2+ years in businessMore history across more systems pays more
  • 70%+ of your data in EnglishUS companies first, then other Western markets
  • Well-documented operationsSOPs, knowledge bases, CRM records, project histories and QA processes
  • Still operating, or shut downClosed companies qualify with 30+ staff at their peak and substantial Slack or Teams history

Not a fit?

If you are not a good fit, fill out this form and we will find you something else.

Tell us about your company and the apps your team uses. We'll look for another buyer and reply within 24 hours.

Questions

Who actually buys the data?

Referrals today go to micro1, which builds training data and agent evaluations for frontier AI labs and has committed $1B to buying enterprise data. Data is licensed only to U.S. and allied buyers.

Do I lose ownership of my data?

No. If your business is operating, it's a license. You keep the data, choose what's excluded, and the buyer deletes raw files on an agreed schedule (at most 180 days).

What does The Corner get out of this?

When a company applies through our link and its data is accepted, micro1 pays us a referral fee. micro1 pays it itself, and nothing in its published terms takes it out of your payment. Ask micro1 to confirm in writing if you want certainty.

Do I have to clean or anonymize anything?

No. The buyer handles anonymization, swapping names, emails and numbers for consistent stand-ins. You agree on the rules and can review samples first.

How fast does it move?

An offer typically arrives 1–2 days after your intro call. Transfer takes 1–7 days, and payment lands within 30 days of acceptance.

Is this legal or tax advice?

No. Before you send anything, have a lawyer check your customer contracts and app terms, and talk to your CPA about how the payment is taxed.

Bottom line

Prices are high now, and won't stay that way

We expect prices to level off as more supply comes online, possibly within a year. If your company has years of connected records, now is the time to find out what they're worth, and our data partners will walk you through it and take care of everything. If you know owners who fit, you can earn $50K or more by introducing them. Just click Become a referral partner.
